an experience like no other
We went out to test a Winter Husky tour for you guys and liked it so much that we came back a season later for an haut couture wedding dress photo session.
When we visited Fischer Adventures and their idyllic Husky farm in Ermenswil, we heard anticipating howling and lively barking from afar. As we approached, a pack of lovely Huskys stared at us with much expectation and an immense depth in their eyes. We were immediately struck by the diverse color variation in both their fur and eye color, which fiercely stood out from the sharp white snow.
GET THE THRILL
Enclosed by a white mountain range and the soft scent of pine trees permeating the air, we were overcome by the gentle force of the animals pulling our sledge through the terrain. Immersed in nature and astonished by the speediness of the Husky dogs (reaching up to 40 km/h, 25 mph) we experienced both an incomparable thrill and genuine feeling of freedom. The 40 minute tour through snow-covered landscapes takes you through a variety of untouched places in nature. Ours ended with a sunny clearing at the edge of the forest.
Having loved our Husky experience in Winter earlier this year, we decided to visit the farm again during summer with a delicately embroidered dress and enchanting deep red bouquet. The fierceness of the dogs cannot be understated, but as you will see below, their tender souls crave love and affection by the minute. Our shooting, as our Husky Tour, was for sure a one of a kind experience.
